These Terms of Use govern your use of SJT100.

By using SJT100, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service.

1. Purpose of SJT100

SJT100 is an independent educational resource designed to teach professional-judgement and situational-judgement reasoning.

SJT100 is intended for learning and examination preparation.

It is not a clinical decision-support system and must not be used as a substitute for professional judgement, current clinical guidance, local policies, legal advice, regulatory guidance or appropriate senior advice in the care of an actual patient.

2. Independent educational resource

SJT100 is independently developed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SJT100 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or an official product of the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP), the Medical Council, the Health Service Executive (HSE), any examination body, or any other professional or regulatory organisation.

References to organisations, professional standards or examinations are for educational and descriptive purposes only.

All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. No guarantee of examination outcome

SJT100 is designed to support learning, not to predict or guarantee examination performance.

Completion of lessons, questions, reviews or other content does not guarantee any examination score, ranking, training position, professional outcome or successful application.

Users remain responsible for checking the current requirements and official information issued by the relevant examination or training body.

4. Educational scenarios

Scenarios in SJT100 are educational exercises.

They may simplify real-world situations in order to teach particular reasoning principles.

A response considered appropriate within an educational scenario should not automatically be applied to a real patient, colleague or workplace situation without considering the actual facts, applicable law, current professional guidance, local policy, scope of practice and available senior support.

5. Content accuracy and currency

We aim to keep SJT100 accurate and useful.

Professional standards, examination formats, legislation, regulatory guidance and accepted practice may change.

SJT100 does not warrant that every item will remain current indefinitely. Where a question depends on jurisdiction-specific law, regulation or professional guidance, users should consult the current authoritative source before relying on it outside the educational setting.

We may correct, revise, replace or withdraw content where appropriate.

6. Intellectual property

Except where otherwise identified, the SJT100 application, original lesson structures, scenarios, explanations, visual design, branding, software and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your access is for personal educational use.

You may not, except where permitted by law:

• reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the content; • publish or sell SJT100 questions or explanations; • systematically extract or scrape the content; • create a competing question bank or commercial product using copied SJT100 content; • remove copyright or attribution notices; or • share subscription access in a manner inconsistent with the applicable purchase terms.

Nothing in these Terms prevents uses that cannot lawfully be restricted.

7. Appropriate use

You must not use SJT100 unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

Do not enter identifiable patient information or confidential workplace information into SJT100.

8. Website access, payments and refunds

Website access is planned as a one-time purchase for 90 days, starting when payment is confirmed. The standard price is €29.99. During the launch promotion, the price is €20 for everyone, not only first-time purchasers. There is no automatic renewal. A further purchase is not available while your access is active. No promotion end date has been announced; the applicable price will be shown before purchase.

Creating an account does not provide free lesson access. Checkout is not currently available and no payments are being collected. The final purchase information, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed before you pay. These website access terms do not introduce purchases into the native app.

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once access has begun. This policy does not restrict any cancellation rights, refunds or other remedies required by applicable consumer law, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, or correction of duplicate charges. Contact support@gpsjt.com if you believe a payment or access problem has occurred.

Where immediate supply is offered, any legally required express request, acknowledgement and confirmation will be obtained as part of checkout. Merely registering an account or accepting these Terms does not waive a statutory cancellation right.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, update, correct or modify SJT100 and its educational content.

Features may change as the service develops.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right that a consumer has under applicable law.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SJT100 is provided for educational purposes on an "as available" basis.

SJT100 does not provide medical, legal or regulatory advice.

You remain responsible for your professional decisions and for consulting appropriate current authoritative guidance when dealing with real situations.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those rights and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SJT100 and its developer will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on educational content, examination outcomes, loss of locally stored learning progress, or use of the service contrary to its stated educational purpose.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to you based on your place of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to SJT100, applicable law, subscriptions or data practices.

Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required.
