Read how SJT100 handles local learning progress, preferences and support correspondence.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
SJT100 respects your privacy and is designed to minimise the collection of personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use SJT100.
1. Who we are
SJT100 is an independent educational application designed to help users develop professional-judgement and situational-judgement reasoning skills.
For privacy enquiries, contact:
Email: support@gpsjt.com
Developer/Controller: Zain Ul Abedin (developer of SJT100)
2. Information currently handled by SJT100
Learning progress stored on your device
SJT100 may store information such as:
• completed lessons; • lesson progress; • review-later selections; • app preferences; and • other learning-state information required for the app to function.
In the current version of SJT100, this information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to an SJT100 server.
Removing the app or clearing its local data may remove this information.
Accounts and cloud storage
The SJT100 website uses Supabase to provide account registration, email verification, sign-in, password recovery and session management. Account information includes your email address, account identifier, authentication credentials handled by Supabase, and technical information needed to secure and operate authentication. Your password is sent securely to the authentication provider; it must not be sent to our support team.
Necessary authentication cookies keep you signed in. They are used for account functionality, not advertising. Signing out removes the authentication session but does not erase locally stored learning progress. On a shared device, use Reset learning progress if you want to remove those records.
Signing in does not upload or synchronise your learning progress. Cross-device progress and a cloud learning-progress database are not enabled. Website account functionality does not imply that the native app has the same features.
Analytics and advertising
The current version of SJT100 does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioural advertising and is not intended to track users across other companies' apps or websites.
If optional analytics or similar technologies are introduced later, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated accordingly.
Apple and TestFlight information
When SJT100 is downloaded, tested, purchased or used through Apple services, Apple may process information in accordance with Apple's own privacy terms.
During TestFlight testing, Apple may make certain testing information, crash reports, diagnostics or tester feedback available to the developer. Such information will be used only for testing, debugging, security and improving SJT100.
Communications with us
If you contact SJT100 voluntarily, for example by email or through a support channel, we may receive information such as your name, email address and the contents of your message.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide support, protect the service or comply with legal obligations.
3. Information SJT100 does not currently request
The current version of SJT100 does not require access to your precise location, contacts, photographs, camera, microphone or health records for its educational functionality.
SJT100 should not be used to enter or store identifiable patient information.
4. Why information may be processed
Where personal information is processed by us, it will only be processed where there is an appropriate legal basis, which may include providing a service requested by you, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and support, or obtaining consent where consent is legally required.
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
5. Sharing of information
SJT100 does not sell personal information.
We do not share personal information for behavioural advertising.
Information may be processed by platform or service providers where necessary to distribute, operate or support SJT100, including Supabase for website authentication, the website hosting provider for page delivery, and Apple in connection with the App Store and TestFlight, subject to applicable terms and privacy practices. Payments are not active yet; payment-provider disclosures will be added before checkout is enabled.
If additional service providers are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe the relevant processing.
6. Retention
Locally stored learning progress remains on your device until it is removed through the app, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, depending on the functionality available on your device.
Support correspondence and other information provided directly to us will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, including legitimate support, security, accounting or legal requirements.
Account information is retained while your account is active. You can request account deletion by contacting support@gpsjt.com from your account email address. Information may need to be retained where a legal obligation or a legitimate security requirement applies. Account deletion and clearing locally stored learning records are separate actions.
7. Your data-protection rights
Where applicable under the GDPR and other data-protection laws, you may have rights relating to personal information held by us, including rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
You may contact us at support@gpsjt.com to exercise an applicable right.
You also have the right to raise a concern with the relevant data-protection supervisory authority. In Ireland, this is the Data Protection Commission.
8. Children
SJT100 is intended for adult users preparing for professional or postgraduate assessments and is not designed as a service for children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should not enter confidential patient information, passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information into SJT100.
10. Changes to this Policy
SJT100 will evolve. In particular, future versions may introduce accounts, cloud synchronisation, subscriptions or additional services.
If our data practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the relevant functionality becomes available, as required.
The latest version will display its effective or last-updated date.
